Western Colorado Association for Gifted and Talented

What is WCAGT?

Over 1800 students in School District 51 have been identified by the school district as Gifted & Talented. More gifted children are in our community in private schools and home school. Educating gifted children is important not only to the students themselves, but to our community and our country. Read on to find out why gifted education really matters.

WCAGT is a support, enrichment and advocacy group for gifted children in the Grand Valley area. It also functions as an information and support organization for parents of high-ability and high-potential children. WCAGT maintains a lending library of publications on the subject of parenting and educating gifted children.
