Super SaturdayDetails to come for 2008. Our biggest event of the year has been Super Saturday, traditionally in the spring each year when people from the community offer mini-workshops for children K-8. Workshops in the past have included:
Super Saturday has been cancelled for the past two years due to lack of volunteer support. WCAGT will discuss the possiblity of offering this activity at our fall meeting.Super Saturday will be held in the Spring (date to be announced) at the Grand Mesa Middle School from 8:00 AM to noon. Students in grades K-8 can choose and attend up to three morning workshops in areas of their interest or curiosity. Registration forms will be distributed to children through District 51 schools. Once you receive the forms, don’t delay mailing back your registration as the workshops fill up fast.
